One of the best courses in the U.S. is known as the Pebble Beach Golf Links. Located in Pebble Beach, California this beautiful and unique course that hugs the rugged Carmel Bay coastline in Monterey Peninsula has thrilled many since 1919. The Golf Digest named the course as the No. 1 Golf Corse in America in 2001. Many world-class tournaments including 11 USGA Championships (including five U.S. Open Championships) and annual AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am have been held at the course. The 2019 U.S. Open will be held at the Pebble Beach Golf Links.

The Pebble Beach Company operates the public course which includes three hotels and a spa. The Jack Neville and Douglas Grant designed course include first and second holes that starts inland and run towards the ocean (third hole), then along the ocean (fourth and fifth holes), and figure 8 is completed from 9 through 17 holes with dramatic ocean views. The par 4, number 8th hole is considered to be the most dramatic and short par 3, number 7th hole comes in second. The par 5, 548 yard 18th hole provides an excellent vista but the wind challenges the player. Any golfer deserves to play the course at least once in their life.
